New LGBT newsletter

So I'm starting an LGBT newsletter and I need some writers there's no pay because the news letter is free and I will be paying for the cost to publish it. I need teenagers to write about their normal trials and tribulations of being gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender. I also need your input on what needs to be talked in this community.
